These Terms govern your use of ToolTrak, operated by The Triggr Group FZC.

Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Service
ToolTrak provides a SaaS tool and asset management platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ToolTrak to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@usetooltrak.com.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you must upgrade to continue using the service.
Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in ToolTrak.
Limitation of Liability
ToolTrak is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
