Account information: name, email address, company name when you sign up

Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): for B2B outreach, marketing communications, and improving our services. We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the ToolTrak service to paying customers, process transactions, and deliver support.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for non-essential cookies and analytics tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings in our footer.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the ToolTrak service
To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, reminders)

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following third-party processors, each under appropriate data processing agreements:

Supabase — database hosting and data storage
Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
Google Analytics — website analytics and usage tracking (only with your consent)

Data Retention

Active accounts: data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years after cancellation, to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Trial accounts: data is retained for 90 days after your trial ends. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.
You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to erasure: request that we delete your personal data.
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
